  • User EligibilityTo use our platform, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years old. If under 18, you must obtain parental or legal guardian consent.
  • Not reside in restricted countries or territories. The following regions are prohibited: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russian Federation, Belarus, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Myanmar (Burma), China, and others as updated at our discretion.

3. Platform Description

Digitalessence UAB provides a marketplace for NFTs, offering tools and resources for users to discover, trade, and manage digital assets. Features may include but are not limited to browsing collections, uploading NFTs, and participating in auctions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at our sole discretion.

4. User Account

To access platform features, you must create a user account by providing accurate information, including your full name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities under your account.

We may request additional documentation for identity verification or compliance purposes. Non-compliance may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Account Inactivity

Accounts inactive for six (6) consecutive months may be suspended or blocked. Notification will be attempted using your registered contact details.

  • Payment Instructions
  • Purchases and Pricing: Prices for NFTs and services are displayed in EUR. Changes to pricing do not affect completed transactions.
  • Payment Methods: Payments are processed via third-party providers (Payment Processors). You agree to their terms and conditions.
  • Taxes and Fees: Users are responsible for applicable taxes and payment processor fees.
  • Delivery Policy

NFTs purchased will be delivered digitally to your account within 1–3 business days. Delays may occur due to technical or unforeseen issues.

  1. Cancellation PolicyOrders can be canceled before payment is processed. Once payment is confirmed, cancellations are not possible.
  2. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

  • The NFT file is corrupted or defective.
  • The NFT has not been downloaded or accessed.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 14 business days from the date of approval. To request a refund, users must submit a written request via assistance@nft-base.com, providing transaction details and the reason for the refund. Once the request is received, our team will review the case within 3 business days and notify the user about the decision. If approved, the refund will be initiated, and processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Users are responsible for any applicable refund transaction fees.

6. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant Digitalessence UAB a license to use, display, and adapt content for platform operations. Users are responsible for ensuring their content does not violate any intellectual property or legal rights.

7. Prohibited ActionsUsers agree not to:

  • Violate laws or regulations.
  • Upload harmful, infringing, or obscene content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access or reverse-engineer platform features.
  • Engage in spamming or data mining.
  • Exploit platform vulnerabilities or circumvent security measures.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Digitalessence UAB is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of platform content.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages resulting from platform use, including data loss, profit loss, or disruptions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Digitalessence UAB harmless from claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Lithuanian courts.
